Sooo, I was out checking out The Vehicle Reason's myspace (they open for Flickerstick in Lubbock, great tunes, check 'em out), and noticed something......Ari, is there anything you'd like to tell us regarding 8 June in Abilene? ;D

I just booked the Dallas date today. I believe it will be announced this weekend, and tickets will go on sale next Friday at 10am. So, give me a few days since I have to get the paperwork done before it can be announced. There will be 3-4 other shows announced, and some west coast news. Stand by for a busy weekend as the final shows end for April, and new details come aboard for the summer. What a nice and fluid transition, eh? Ha ha.

Sweet transition Ari. It seems many bands after such a tour just want to get home and relax. Good to hear that this will keep rolling.

Rumor has it that there might be a June 1st... and there might be a June 8 and 9... and hell, I've ever heard a birdie talking about something later in June too. But that's all just rumors.

When you guys are lookin' for flights, you want to first check American Airlines' fare sales - they always have roundtrip from Nashville to NY for $99 and Nashville to L.A. for $199. You just have to go to the site (aa.com) every couple days. Also, download Southwest Airlines' "ding". They have good sales every now and then. Jet Blue has better deals than SW, but not as good as American, too. But it all depends on where you're comin' from and where you're goin'. Let me know if you need help with airfares. Che and I did a lot of flyin' this past month and I spent a total of about $600 (w/tax) on 12 flights (avg. $50 each way) and that's without any points, free flights, etc!
Also, for hotels you have to try priceline! I don't like it for flights, but for cars and hotels it's great. Spent $100/night in both Chicago and NYC for 4-star hotels. $70 in Baltimore, and you can get cheaper rooms if you aren't a snob like I am.
Just thought I'd share.

It's looking like about $225 roundtrip for me on American.

I'm not; I spent only $35 or so on hostel lodging in New York (though I didn't actually sleep in it.) Generally either Orbitz or Last Minute Travel works for me.

Do I get to see my favorite street team friend there??? I won't have anyone to argue with otherwise, so I hope that means yes! Ha ha.
