So the 8/25 show that was the Vibe Room in Austin, is now a Houston date?

Correct. Austin couldn't pick the date up when it was said and done, and had to move it. So, Houston and San Antonio will be on 8/25 and 8/26.
Thanks. ARI

ari, do you remember what age group Smith's Olde Bar's (atlanta ga) age group is? 18+? 21+? I went to the website, but I couldn't find it (although it was probably in front of my face the entire time) If not I shall call them tomorrow. Thanks

Smith's is 21 and older. I've missed a few Flickerstick shows there because of that. I'll be in Savannah in October, so I hope to see a Jacksonville or maybe a SC date pop up, otherwise I'll be doing some driving.

ledzep....... NOT J-Ville!!! As far as I know, they have not had good crowds there! Come to Orlando instead, it's much more lively, and plus, I'm there, lol! (I'm sorry, I've been drinking, I'm a little into myself right now, lol!)

ari, attendance was prolly about the same as at lincoln theatre, but cory and i were looking out the upstairs window at the crowds in the streets, its a club town and there were hundreds of people outside, the problem is, who wants to pay 13 for a band when they can pay 5 show a college ID and get shitfaced at a bar.
cory was scepticle (spell check) about a show at uncw, but we go here, we had midtown last year, matchbox 20, jessica simpson and kenny chesney all on campus. people will definitely go.
heres one method that would attract a lot of people, contact ACE (Association of Campus Entertainment) at UNCW, they pay up front for the band so its free for students, FREE show means lots of new people going to check em out. just a suggestion tho.
id say next time, more promotion for wilmington, people are going to pack The Sidebar across the street unless someone tells them somewhere else to go. thats all ive got for now, later
